Holly Nicoll is a strategic marketing leader and content creator with more than 25 years of experience across agriculture, spanning crop protection, livestock nutrition, and integrated agribusiness marketing.

Most recently, Holly served as Head of Marketing for Nufarm Canada, where she led national marketing strategy across CRM, customer insights, campaign development, product launches, and lifecycle management. Her work focused on connecting commercial priorities to customer-facing execution, ensuring marketing efforts translated into measurable engagement and performance in the field. 

Earlier in her career, Holly held senior marketing roles at Hi-Pro Feeds and Syngenta, where she built and led customer marketing strategies aligned with sales, helping drive growth across diverse portfolios including crop protection, dairy, beef, poultry, and companion animal markets. Her experience began in sales, giving her a grounded understanding of how decisions are made at the retailer and grower level. 

Today, Holly brings together her deep commercial experience with a unique capability in agriculture-focused content creation and photography. She partners with agribusinesses to develop authentic, story-driven visual and content strategies that strengthen brand trust, improve engagement, and better connect with customers.
