Jim Wispinski is a seasoned board director, global executive, and strategic advisor with deep experience guiding organizations through complex strategic inflection points, portfolio transformation, and growth initiatives. He is known for helping leadership teams and boards clarify direction, evaluate critical trade-offs, and translate strategy into disciplined execution that drives measurable enterprise value across global organizations.

Jim brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience in the global agribusiness sector, including executive roles at Corteva Agriscience and Dow AgroSciences. He most recently served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Corteva, leading cross-functional teams to define strategy, build execution roadmaps, and deliver business turnarounds. Previously, he oversaw strategic marketing and portfolio management for a $7B global crop protection business and held senior global leadership roles spanning portfolio transformation, commercial integration, sales, and marketing. Earlier in his career, Jim served as President and CEO of Dow AgroSciences Canada, where he scaled revenue more than 2.5x while increasing profitability and strengthening regulatory relationships. In addition to his executive leadership, Jimbrings extensive board and governance experience, having served as Chair of CropLife Canada and as a board director for United Way of Greater Indianapolis and AgriNovus Indiana.
