He has led regulatory strategy and product registration efforts for complex agrochemical and biological platforms, bringing new technologies through global approval pathways while managing the scientific, technical, and operational demands required for successful commercialization.

Matthew is a co-founder of Frontier BioStrategy, a firm established to address the growing disconnect between regulatory systems, product development, and commercial execution. Through Frontier, he works with companies to design integrated strategies that reduce regulatory friction, improve development efficiency, and strengthen market readiness.
