Before founding Sara Scott Coaching, Sara spent more than 17 years with Certified Angus Beef, including serving as Vice President of Foodservice. During her tenure, she helped lead one of the most recognized branded beef programs in the industry, working across foodservice strategy, distributor partnerships, category leadership, and national account growth.
Today, Sara works with leaders across beef, protein, and agriculture to solve the positioning challenges that often erode margin and slow growth. Her clients have included organizations such as Pork Checkoff, Mars Horsecare, Zoetis, national distributors, packers, and multi-brand enterprises operating under real commercial pressure.
Sara is the creator of The Sort, a buyer-led positioning framework designed to help brands define who they are built to win with, align leadership and sales teams around a disciplined commercial story, and create clearer value in the marketplace. Her work focuses on turning positioning clarity into measurable commercial performance.
