Michelle Klieger

Michelle Klieger is an agricultural economist and business strategist with extensive experience helping organizations navigate the economic, commercial, and policy forces shaping modern agriculture. As founder of Stratagerm Consulting, she works with agribusinesses, agtech companies, industry organizations, governments, and investors to develop market-driven strategies that support sustainable growth and commercialization. 

Her background includes leadership roles in international trade, agricultural economics, and strategic consulting, with expertise spanning global seed markets, producer economics, food systems, supply chains, innovation adoption, and international market development. She previously served as Director of International Programs and Policy for the American Seed Trade Association, where she led global initiatives advancing market access and trade opportunities for the U.S. seed industry. 

Michelle holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. She is also an investor in agricultural innovation, an accomplished speaker, published author, podcast host, and former economics professor at Bentley University.
