Ross Harvey is a senior agribusiness leader and strategic advisor with decades of experience across crop protection, marketing strategy, and strategic communications. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Ross has worked at the intersection of agriculture, brands, and customer engagement, helping organizations navigate complex markets and strengthen their commercial positioning. 

Ross spent 27 years with AdFarm, where he held senior roles and later served as a Strategic Lead, advising agricultural clients on marketing strategy, communications, and go-to-market execution. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President and Area Director at Monsanto Canada, where he held executive responsibility for regional leadership and commercial performance. Ross is now retired from full-time roles, bringing seasoned perspective and practical insight to advisory engagements.
